Messaging agents are in production today. Portal and desktop automation run on the same engineering pipeline, and that's why every job starts with a feasibility test instead of a promise. If we can't make it run reliably, you don't pay for the build.
We only automate portals and apps you're authorised to use, with your own logins. Credentials are stored encrypted and never sent over email or chat. If a portal asks for a one-time code or a captcha, the job pauses and asks you.
That's what the monthly fee is for. We watch every run, and when a site or app changes we fix the automation. You don't open a ticket or pay extra.
Only if you want it to. Anything that submits a form or changes a record can wait for your approval first. Every run is checked, and when something looks wrong it stops and tells you instead of guessing.
The audit tells you before you pay for a build. Some sites block automation or change too often to run reliably. When that's the case we say so, and the $500 is refundable until kickoff.
